Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals are a vital part of all Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations. They are essential in providing reference material for WWTP operations, records for future operators, and redundancy to ensure successful continuation of operations in the event of unusual employee turnover. Join us for an interactive opportunity to engage with your peers who are also improving O&M manuals. Ask questions, tout your successes, find out what has and hasn’t worked for other utilities. This is a chance to learn from each other in an interactive, peer-exchange format. This session offers system operators, managers, and decision-makers the chance to:

• Openly discuss O&M Manuals including:
  • Why they are important
  • How to best update the manual
  • Who should have access
  • How to store the manual
  • and more
• Interact with a group of their peers tackling similar challenges
• Meet wastewater professionals from outside their organization
