Description: This workshop will cover skills and information to help you manage your water system successfully now and into the future, including workforce planning, financial planning, and rate-setting.

- Communicate these plans and financial needs to decision makers and the public

- This workshop is designed for water systems serving 10,000 people or fewer (though systems of any size may attend), especially targeting local government systems facing financial challenges. Owners of privately owned systems, consultants and technical assistance providers serving water systems are also invited to attend.
