Presented by the New York Water Environment Association and the Syracuse University Environmental Finance Center Description: This workshop is an opportunity for water professionals to examine their intersectional identities, biases, assumptions, and values as it relates to working in water. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive sessions led by experts in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), explore strategies to support DE&I efforts in the workplace, and share experiences with peers. A light breakfast and lunch will be served. Speakers will include:

Dr. Sim J. Covington, Jr., Chief Diversity Officer at Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC)
