Description: Wastewater math is essential to ensure wastewater plants and processes are running properly. Along with a strong understanding of proper process characteristics, understanding and being able to perform wastewater calculations allows operators to optimize and make proper adjustments to their wastewater processes. Operators and other wastewater workers will develop the skills they need to perform the required math in their everyday duties. Please Note: This is a two-part training over the course of two days. In order to qualify for a certificate or continuing education credits, you must attend both days:

Trainer: Daryl Gotham, P.E., Senior Research Engineer,Great Lakes Environmental Infrastructure Center CEUs: This training has been approved for 0.4 Managerial CECs for wastewater operators by the Michigan EGLE. This training has also been approved for 5.0 Technical contact hours by Indiana DEM, and for 4.5 Wastewater CECs by the Wisconsin DNR. Who Should Attend:

Managers, owners, and operators of wastewater systems with an average daily flow of less than 1 million gallons
Decision-makers for wastewater utilities, including mayors, finance officers, utility managers, public works directors, city councilors, board members, tribal council members, and clerks
