Description: This workshop provides attendees with a better understanding of the chlorine disinfection process along with operations and maintenance (O&M) best practices. Topics include chlorine disinfection basics, chlorine safety, system O&M, chlorine residual monitoring, and disinfection math. In addition, chlorine disinfection is discussed as it relates to the Safe Drinking Water Act, sanitary surveys, and operator certification.
