This is a reference guide that lists the requirements and recommendations of elements to include in your capital plan (CIP and/or Asset Management Plan), as suggested by a collection of best practice guides, funding agency applications, reporting forms, and software and tools. Although the reference guide, which may be updated occasionally, has a few North Carolina-specific requirements, it may be useful to utilities elsewhere.
