This webinar explores ways that water and wastewater systems can learn about and improve their
financial position. First, we explore how to measure the financial position of water and wastewater
systems by discussing how to calculate key financial indicators and what they mean. Then, we explore
ways that systems can raise the appropriate revenues needed for operations, capital expenses, and
debt service.

Who Should Attend:
Small and mid-sized water and wastewater systems that have recently financed an infrastructure project or
plan to in the future were strongly encouraged to participate in this webinar.

The content is best suited for those individuals who make financial decisions on behalf of water and
wastewater systems such as utility managers, budget and finance staff, city clerks, city administrators, and
elected officials.
