In order to function properly – meeting regulations, repairing broken infrastructure, replacing worn out components, providing reliable service to customers, protecting public health – water utilities need resources. These resources may include personnel, training, money, equipment, spare parts, safety equipment, or technology. It is important to understand and support the needs of the water utility in order to provide customers the service they want and to ensure the long-term sustainability of the water system.
Who Should Attend: Decision-makers for water utilities, including mayors, finance officers, utility managers, public works directors, city councilors, board members, tribal council members, and clerks
CEUs: This workshop will be submitted to the state for CEUs for drinking water operators.
