Are upcoming staff retirements going to leave you with a knowledge gap?
– Do you have high employee turnover?
– How would you describe your workplace culture?
– When hiring, where do you look?

This training will focus on how to recruit, select, train, and retain water operators and water system employees. Attendees will learn how to develop a succession plan, attract new talent and create and maintain a workplace culture that keeps employees engaged and excited to be working for a critical industry in their community.
