This event is a collaboration between the Redwood Valley Little River Band Band of Pomo Indians, the Environmental Finance Center West (EFCWest) and the Environmental Finance Network (EFCN).
Successful environmental programs need tools to assess internal and external risks to remain resilient and strong communication tools and skills to influence attitudes and get things done.
Workshop topics and tools will help you:
▪ Communicate effectively with your Tribal Council, Board and community to gain support for projects and funding
▪ Reduce conflict and improve participation and collaboration in decision making
▪ Assess risk and develop strategies
Who Should Attend: This workshop is useful for individuals involved with Tribal Environmental, Drinking Water and Utility departments.
