Description: This workshop covers skills and information to help you manage your water system successfully now and into the future. Topics include workforce planning, financial planning, and rate-setting.
Learning Objectives:
- Have the right people to run your system
- Ensure you get the longest life out of your infrastructure and have a plan to replace it
- Have the money you need for operations and capital
- Communicate these plans and financial needs to decision makers and the public

CEUs: This training has been approved for 6 Credit Hours by the West Virginia DHH Training and Certification Program.
Cost: The workshop is free of charge, but all food and travel costs are the responsibility of participants.
Who Should Attend:
This workshop is designed for water systems serving 10,000 people or fewer (though systems of any size may attend), especially targeting local government systems facing financial challenges. Owners of privately owned systems, consultants and technical assistance providers serving water systems are also invited to attend.
