This webinar will highlight how one small community is preparing for a major federal grant project by building partnerships, leveraging technical assistance, and coordinating with key stakeholders. Through this case study, participants will gain practical strategies to strengthen local capacity, prepare for project implementation, and position their communities for long-term success.
