Strong GSI programs also rely on strong GSI workforces - and investing in that workforce can bring benefits of its own, such as strengthening community engagement, employee retention, and service continuity. But how does one go about investing in this area of their workforce? What partnerships, funding pathways, and practical steps matter most? To answer these questions, this webinar looks at Philadelphia Water Department’s approach to developing a successful GSI workforce program from the ground up.
