Description: Join us for a discussion of “fixed film” secondary wastewater treatment processes focusing on Trickling Filters and Rotating Biological Contactors (RBCs). We will discuss the equipment types, process mechanics and biology, modes of operation, typical operational parameters, loading rate calculations and the pros and cons of their use. We will also cover process monitoring and control and basic maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
