Description: Conflict is a natural part of any workplace, and the water sector is no exception. Developing strong conflict resolution skills is essential for fostering an environment of respect, trust, and collaboration.

In this session, we will explore practical techniques for resolving conflicts constructively, no matter the root cause. You’ll gain insights into how to address disagreements in meaningful and productive ways, creating stronger working relationships and a more positive workplace culture. Join us for a one-hour webinar, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session.

Presenter: Dr. Mercy Umeri, Assistant Teaching Professor, Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs, Wichita State University

Certificate: This webinar has NOT been submitted for approval of continuing education credit. We can provide a certificate of attendance to eligible attendees, but cannot guarantee it will meet your PDH or CEU requirements.
