Description: Join us for a free workshop that introduces two main pieces of legislation to water operators: the Lead and Copper Rule and the Safe Water Drinking Act. This workshop will discuss the key points relevant to water practitioners.
Trainer: John Rowe, PhD, Research Engineer, Environmental Finance Center at Sacramento State
Cost: Complimentary.
Continuing Education Units: The South Dakota Board of Operator Certification will grant up to 5 contact hours to any operator that attends this training. We will be providing attendees with a certificate of completion if they attend the entire workshop. It is the responsibility of the operator to submit the necessary paperwork (Agenda and Certificate of Completion) to be awarded contact hours.
Please Note: Lunch will not be provided and is the responsibility of attendees.
