  Who Should Attend: Water utility board members and other decision-makers for water utilities, including mayors, finance officers, public works directors, city councilors, tribal council members, and clerks This  2-hour training will focus on teaching tools and communication techniques that will help water system board members and other decision-makers gain support for initiatives, projects, and funding related to water infrastructure. You will learn how to:
  • Use techniques for persuasion and managing conflict
  • Gather community support for your projects to reach your goal
