This training will cover key elements for the effective operation of a small public water system. The workshop will feature modules with hands on exercises on the following topics:
- Roles and responsibilities in a water system
- Aging infrastructure and how asset management can help
- Fiscal planning and rate setting.
Who Should Attend: Owners, managers, board members, financial officers, and certified operators.
