Description: This free workshop is designed for water and wastewater utilities dealing with significant upgrades, rate increases, regulatory challenges, or other decisions that require support and understanding from key leadership. It is ideal for utility management and staff to attend the workshop alongside their board or council members and other leaders. This collaborative approach will facilitate discussions among the entire group during the training session.  

Learning Objectives:
    • The roles and responsibilities of board or council members.
    • Utility financial planning, including budgeting and rate-setting strategies.
    • What utility asset management is and how it can help with decision-making.
    • And more!
 

CEUs: This training is currently pending approval of continuing education credits, although we cannot guarantee it. Regardless, we will provide each attendee with a Certificate of Attendance for their personal record.
