Description: This class provides a comprehensive overview of factors which influence water quality within distribution systems and highlights key practices that operators use to protect public health and maintain water quality.
_Learning Objectives:
- Discuss pathogens and water quality factors that can impact human health
- Apply disinfection and flushing principles to solve water quality problems
- Analyze corrosion control applications used in distribution systems
- Explain water quality sampling requirements
- Identify cross connections and sanitary deficiencies
Please Note: This is a two-part training over the course of two days. In order to qualify for a certificate, you must attend both days:
