North Carolina | Water System Management and Finance for Elected Officials
This training was meant to help elected officials, board members, and other decision-makers better understand the managerial, financial, technical, and regulatory intricacies of owning a water system. This training focused on your responsibility as a board member for the water system and explored the appropriate roles that the board and staff play in running a successful system. We also covered ways that systems can understand their financial position and plan for future needs.
