Description: This 90-minute virtual training is for local decision makers and stormwater managers interested in implementing and funding green stormwater infrastructure (GSI). This training will feature speakers from the Cold Climate Stormwater Center of Excellence who will provide an overview of the Center and explain the how the Center’s research about GSI in cold weather can be applied in New Hampshire communities and share pathways to technical assistance and general stormwater management resources. As an introduction to a key funding opportunity, we’ll provide foundational information about New Hampshire’s State Revolving Fund, including eligibilities, aligning projects with the green project reserve, how to receive principal forgiveness, and initial application steps. This program will close by highlighting the New England Environmental Finance Center and additional technical assistance opportunities designed to support New Hampshire communities in accessing funds for stormwater projects.
