This webinar contains back-to-back sessions. The first session addresses financial recovery from COVID-19, followed immediately by a Funders’ Forum – presentations from funding programs for water systems.

Changes due to COVID-19 conditions have affected water systems’ finances. Questions remain about how to manage those financial implications immediately as well as recovering from them in the next few months. Join the first hour in a Q&A style session prepared to ask your questions. The EFCN will answer your questions and share some resources and information to help you through these transitions. In the second hour, representatives from  funding programs will talk about and answer questions about grants and subsidized loan funding available to small water systems in Illinois in a virtual Funder’s Forum.

Intended audience: managers, finance directors, and other staff (and board members) of small water systems serving fewer than 10,000 people.
