Description:  Understanding what is in the toolkit to promote financial resiliency is important for small water systems. Participants will learn how to how to compare and benchmark rates against other water systems’ appropriately and how to track and assess financial performance of the water utility fund, in addition to other resources. In this session, participants will also hear about state and federal funding options available to them.

  • Exploring funding programs for water systems

Who Should Attend: Managers, finance directors, and other staff (and board members) of small water systems serving fewer than 10,000 people. Technical assistance providers and others also welcome.
