Description: The EFC at UNC presented at the Local Officials Training Forum. 2018 marked the first iteration of the Delaware and Surrounding States Water Rates Dashboard. The dashboard features water rates data from the 2017 survey conducted by the University of Delaware Water Resources Center and includes utilities from Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. This presentation included an introduction to the dashboard, an overview of benchmarks for sustainable system rates and finances, and a brief rates analysis for the state Delaware.
