AK Training (Anchorage) | Water Treatment – 1 Exam Prep
Location: Technical Assistance Program Training Facility | 600 W 58th Ave, Unit J, Anchorage, Alaska 99518
Description: Build a strong foundation in drinking water treatment through this comprehensive 30-hour, four-day course. Designed for individuals preparing for the Water Treatment Level 1 certification exam, participants will review the 2025 Water Professional International Need-to-Knows, strengthen their understanding of core treatment concepts, and have the opportunity to take the certification exam on Friday, August 7th at the same location. Please register by Monday, July 27th.
Over the course of 30 hours, attendees will learn:
- Treatment Process
- Laboratory Analysis
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Source Water Characteristics
- Security, Safety, and Administrative Procedures.
At the conclusion of the course, attendees will be able to take the relevant exams on August 7th at the same location.
Please Note: This is a multi-day 30-hour training over the course of four days. In order to qualify for credits or a Certificate of Attendance, you must attend all four days.
