Description: This class provides attendees with asset management best practices including strategies to prioritize the use of resources, methods to improve asset data, and targeted capital improvement plan in order to create an effective infrastructure plan for the future
_Learning Objectives:
- Analyze asset criticality to prioritize future asset investments
- Create a capital improvement plan that aligns with utility goals and budget
- Identify the correct type of maintenance based on failure mode analysis
- Describe how condition assessment is applied for various asset types
- Explain how measurement is used to monitor strategies
Please Note: This is a two-part training over the course of two days. In order to qualify for a certificate, you must attend both days:
