Description: Make your strategic planning process fun and useful while engaging your entire team. Join us to learn tools to facilitate your organization’s strategic planning. Understand how to use SWOT to identify the priorities that will direct your plan, then work through the components of your plan: mission, vision, goals and activities. The Balanced Scorecard approach provides framework and will help you put it all together for organizational alignment.

- Participants will be able to conduct a SWOT analysis of their organization
