Description: This two-part virtual workshop covers core planning tasks necessary to increase the capacity, sustainability, and resilience of wastewater utilities including development of asset management, emergency response, and financial management plans.
Learning Objectives:
- Conduct asset condition assessment and develop an inventory
- Analyze asset criticality and identify mitigation steps
- Create a capital improvement plan.
- Analyze utility rates and affordability.
- Analyze threats and vulnerabilities to asset and mitigate risks
- Develop an emergency response plan
- Apply strategic planning principles
Please Note: This is a two-part training over the course of two days. In order to qualify for CEUs, you must attend both days:
