View/Download | Presentation Slides
Description: The EPA expects to finalize PFAS MCLs in “early 2024”. That could be any day now! Join us for an in-depth exploration into the EPA’s proposed PFAS MCLs for six PFAS constituents. We’ll analyze UCMR5 testing results, shedding light on the potential impact on small and large public water systems (PWS) across the United States. Lastly, we will explore the regulatory timeline and requirements that PWS will face once the MCLs are finalized, and discuss how to prepare for the additional requirements and challenges that systems will face.
