Strategic Plans are vital to the long-term sustainability and success of any organization. All water systems should develop strategic plans that identify their goals, define opportunities and assess risk to maintain and improve performance in the face of an uncertain future.

In this workshop you will learn to:

– Identify and address strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities for your system,
– Use simple tools to analyze potential futures, plan for your goals, and mitigate your weaknesses and threats
– Develop a process to support and grow your team.
