Date and Time: 8-6-2019 @ 08:30 AM (EST) to @ 12:00 PM (EST)
Location:

In this two-part workshop series, you will learn the ins and outs of implementing a sucessful water system construction project. This includes:
– How to apply for funding
– Setting appropriate milestones
– Engaging a team of professionals
– Tracking project activities and measuring results

In this workshop (the second in a two-part series),  we will talk about what to do once you take on a loan or grant to fund your project.  You might think that the funding is the last step, but after you receive the money, there is a considerable amount of effort that goes into managing the grant or loan funds properly.  It’s equally important to consider how you will manage the assets you are installing during the construction process.  You want to ensure they last as long as possible to provide good customer service.  This workshop will discuss: setting and measuring project milestones and tracking project activities, considering outputs and outcomes, and asset management.
