Description: Join experts from the Southwest Environmental Finance Center for a no-cost workshop on Chlorine Disinfection. The training will be held in two 2-hour sessions. Attendees who register are encouraged to attend both sessions on the training day.
This training is separated into two 2-hour sessions to provide attendees a better understanding of the chlorine disinfection process along with operations and maintenance (O&M) best practices. Topics include chlorine disinfection basics, chlorine safety, disinfection system O&M, chlorine residual monitoring, and disinfection math. In addition, chlorine disinfection is discussed as it relates to the Safe Drinking Water Act, sanitary surveys, and operator certification.

- Managers, owners, and operators of water systems serving less than 10,000 people

If you require a certificate: Each viewer must register and attend both sessions individually, and participate for the entire duration of the workshop. We cannot provide certificates to individuals watching the webinar as a group.
