Water System Collaboration

In the current climate of decreasing local budgets and increasing regulatory requirements, small water systems often struggle to find viable solutions to address their needs.  Sometimes, the best solution may be to pursue some type of collaboration with other water systems. Given the vast flexibility of regional cooperation approaches, event small systems that are uncomfortable ceding control should be able to find a model that works for them and that will achieve considerable benefits.

Available Services: The EFCN can offer assistance to groups of water systems interested in collaboration.  Given the time horizon of this project, however, it is only possible to work with groups who are willing to receive assistance.
