Managing water loss is important to maximize system revenues, cut energy use and operating costs, improve water quality, address failing infrastructure, and mitigate impacts of limited water resources from drought or contamination. You will learn how to conduct a water balance; address non-revenue water including apparent losses and real losses (leakage); set goals that are specific, measurable, and attainable; and efficiently spend limited resources to address water loss.
