Sobre este Taller Complementario:
En este taller, aprenderás a recolectar conocimiento e información de las partes interesadas en tu comunidad para que puedas colaborar en iniciativas comunales. Nosotros compartiremos herramientas para que las voces y perspectivas de todos los miembros de tu comunidad puedan ser escuchadas. Reunirás información e identificarás vacíos que te ayudarán a prepararte para desastres naturales en movimiento.

Aprenderás:
• Mapeo de Conversaciones, una herramienta de usos múltiples que las organizaciones de todos los tipos usan para encontrarse con partes interesadas.
• Cómo reducir los conflictos e incrementar la participación en la realización de decisiones.

Quién debería atender: Este taller es para Organizaciones No Gubernamentales, empleados municipales, y sistemas pequeños de agua dentro y alrededor de Adjuntas.

About this Complimentary Workshop:
In this workshop, you will learn how to collect the knowledge and information from stakeholders in your community so you can collaborate on community initiatives. We will share tools so that voices and perspectives of all members of your community can be heard. You will gather information and identify gaps that will help you prepare for natural disasters moving forward. You will learn:

• Conversation Mapping, a multipurpose tool that organizations of all types can use for stakeholder engagement
• How to reduce conflicts and increase participation in decision-making

Who should attend: This workshop is for NGOs, municipal employees, and small water systems in and around Adjuntas.
