Have you ever asked yourself the question, “Am I spending my revenue dollars in the best way possible?” or “I can’t do everything I would like to do with my system, so how do I decide what is best for me to do?”  or “I would like to make sure I am able to provide the best customer service I can within the resources I have available, how do I do that?”  The process of Asset Management is one way to address these very questions.  In the current climate of increasing regulations, decreasing revenues, and decreasing water resources, an approach such as asset management is absolutely vital.

Attendees were invited to a half-day workshop to hear more information regarding what asset management is and how it can be used to help them answer their questions.  We provided them with access to tools to help you begin the process and understand the benefits.  This workshop was sponsored by The Environmental Finance Center Network (EFCN) as part of our project, titled, “Smart Management for Small Water Systems,” funded by EPA.
