This one day water loss reduction workshop, for small systems serving 10,000 customers or less, will offer participants an introduction to establishing an effective water loss control program at their water system. Participants will learn about the different parts of the water balance equation, performing a water audit at their system and how to begin to address non-revenue water including both apparent losses and real losses (leakage). The workshop will include a mix of presentations and hands on activities based on water loss experiences and data from actual water systems.
