The water systems in the Virgin Islands are operated by schools, condos, hotels, nursing homes, apartments, and other businesses. Providing water is not the primary function of the organization, but the water system can have a big impact on the organization’s budget. This workshop will cover skills and information to help you manage your water system successfully now and into the future.
- Have the right people to run your system
- Ensure you get the longest life out of your infrastructure and have a plan to replace it
- Budget appropriately for operations and capital
- Ways to reduce costs
This workshop is designed for employees who make financial or managerial decisions on behalf of the water system. All systems are welcome to attend.
