Topics covered will include succession planning, operator recruitment, and retention strategies. We will discuss the links between workforce development, long-term system sustainability, and long-term planning that also includes communicating with decision-makers. You will also learn how to assess and monitor financial performance, design appropriate rates structures and set fair rates that cover costs, and plan to fund future capital costs.
