This workshop has been submitted to the state for continuing education credits.

Why Attend
This workshop introduced participants to establishing an effective water loss control program for their water system.

Participants Learned:   
– The different components of the water balance equation
– How to perform a water audit
– How to address non-revenue water including  apparent losses and real losses (leakage)

The workshop included presentations and hands on activities based on experiences and data from actual water systems.

This workshop was intended for public works directors, water utility managers, operators and maintenance staff, and finance staff.

This workshop was designed for water systems serving 10,000 or fewer customers, though systems of any size were able to attend.
